Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully pack your audio equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to K&B Audio

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
